Account and password help
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen. Confirmation and recovery links expire; request a new link if the newest one no longer works.
Delete your account
In SomaCheck, open Profile and choose “Delete Account.” This removes your account and requests deletion of account-linked SomaCheck data. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address on the account.
